| Description | The AMU UK Social Network is a social community of the Alumni and well wishers of AMU.It was founded on 2nd April 2008 in London.
Sir Syed Ahmad Khan a great social reformer, started the Mohammedan Anglo Oriental College (MAO College), in 1875. In 1920, the College was converted into a full fledged University by an act of Parliament and Now Everybody knows what Aligarh Muslim University is.
The word, "Aligarian" is lovingly associated to anyone with ties to AMU, its values, its culture and traditions. Aligarians continue to make significant impact in all walks of life
