I have been working for 5 years in Community Development Programme and having 3 years progressively responsible professional work experiences in programme formulation, Planning, Management and Evaluation on Health, Education, Livelihood Issues Projects. I have been practical experiences in coordinating & conducting various activities related to Livelihood Promotion, Health Education, Child Survival, Adolescent Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS & Family Planning. I have developed various successful networking partnerships with States Govt. & NGOs while working with NCW for achieving projects goal and I have experiences at National Level as I have implemented various projects of National Commission for Women, Govt. Of India, Conducted regular monitoring visits, followed up, and evaluated of grants, analyzed project information and recommended appropriate actions as necessary. Presently I am working with NIMS, INDIAN COUNCIL OF MEDICAL RESEARCH (ICMR) on project title Integrated Behavioral and Biological Assessment Avohan prohram of Bill & Melinda Gate Foundation.
